Services

Four capabilities. One accountable partner.

01 · Manufacturing

Built in-house at our Taiwan hub.

Evander Electrical Company's main manufacturing hub in Taiwan draws, insulates, strands and jackets wire and cable under one roof, so quality control follows the product from raw copper to finished reel — not across a chain of subcontractors.

  • Custom constructions engineered to your specification.
  • In-house wire drawing, stranding, insulation and jacketing.
  • Batch-level testing and traceable production records.

How a Reel Gets Made

Five stages, one continuous line.

1

Copper Sourcing

High-purity copper rod is sourced and inspected before it enters production.

2

Drawing & Stranding

Rod is drawn to gauge and stranded to the required conductor construction.

3

Insulation & Jacketing

Conductors are insulated and jacketed to the specified voltage and environment rating.

4

Testing

Every batch is checked for conductivity, dielectric strength and dimensional tolerance.

5

Reeling & Dispatch

Finished product is spooled, labeled and staged for shipment or installation.

02 · Sales & Supply

Stocked, quoted and shipped worldwide.

Beyond what we manufacture, Evander Electrical Company supplies the connectors, switchgear and cable management equipment a project needs — sourced through vetted partners and shipped alongside our own product as a single order.

  • Stocked inventory for fast turnaround on common specs.
  • Made-to-order runs for non-standard lengths and constructions.
  • Regional distribution partners for reliable global shipping.

03 · Installation

Licensed crews, coordinated to your schedule.

Evander Electrical Company field teams handle pulling, termination and commissioning for the wire and equipment we manufacture and supply, working to code and to the site schedule you set.

  • Site survey and pre-installation planning.
  • Pulling, termination and panel connection by licensed electricians.
  • Commissioning, testing and as-built documentation.

04 · Maintenance

Keeping systems running long after installation.

Scheduled inspection, thermal imaging and rapid-response repair catch problems before they become outages — covered under flexible maintenance contracts built around your facility.

  • Scheduled inspection and thermal imaging surveys.
  • 24/7 rapid-response repair for critical systems.
  • Preventive maintenance contracts tailored to your facility.
